Grandma Ola's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

Cookie Dough
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 butter flavored oil
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/3 cups sifted flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together sugar, oil, and margarine. Add egg and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Shape into small balls. Flatten with a greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
