Canadian Bacon and Sauerkraut Pizza
1 14-ounce jar pizza sauce
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 6-ounce package Canadian bacon, diced
1 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained
Prepare pizza dough according to recipe instructions.
Preheat oven to 450° F. Grease a pizza pan. Pat dough into pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Spread sauce on pizza, using as much or as little as desired. Top with 1-1/2 cups cheese.
Top with Canadian bacon, then sauerkraut.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2-cup of cheese over the top. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until pizza is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
