Spinach Quiche
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 package KNORR Spring Vegetable with Herbs Soup Mix
1 package (10-ounce) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
1 frozen (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
1/8 teaspoon onion salt, optional
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, optional
Prepare oven and a cookie sheet to 375 degrees. In a large bowl,
combine eggs, milk, shredded Swiss cheese, soup mix, chopped spinach, onion salt, and garlic salt..
Spoon into frozen pie crust. Bake on cookie sheet for 50 minutes
or until a knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out
clean.
