Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine flour,
coconut, and salt. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well (batter will
be stiff.) Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden
brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Yields 1-1/2 dozen.
